How Ionix works in your feeder
For best results, all the air entering the feeder should pass through an Ionix Static Eliminator first.
To size your unit, you need two measurements:
1. The inside diameter of your main blower hose
2. The maximum sheet size your machine runs.
Use those two specs with the chart below. If you feeder has more than one pump or pressure outlet, install an Ionix on each line.
Installation is a simple cut-and-push fit: cut the hose and push the ends over the tapered barbs of the Ionix unit. If the line is hard to reach, extend it with hose from any hardware store and install the Ionix at a more convenient point adn reconnect the hose back into the machine.
