Plastic is an electrical insulator so friction from resin moving through piping generates static on its surface. That static makes resin clump and bridge in narrow spaces like loaders and injection molding throats, and it pulls colorant out of the mix, causing cause color variation. These charges don't dissipate on their own - Ionix installs in the compressed air line supplying your process and neutralizes static wherever that air travels downstream.

How it works
Ionix makes the air passing through it electrically conductive so that air grounds out static on any surface it touches. No electrical wiring, no nuclear materials - it works automatically by the force of the air alone.
Installation
Cut the existing air hose, push the ends over the self fitting ends of the Ionix unit. Rated to 150PSI, available with hose adapters for either 3/8" or 1/2" ID hose (specify at time of order)

Maintenance
Ionix units work automatically and wear out with use - we recommend yearly replacement. They contain no hazardous materials and can be discarded with recycled waste.
